Networking, knowledge, business building - plus a bit of Nashville-style entertainment rounds out the summer's must-attend summit for the lodging industry. Join the sector's top leaders as we bring in the experts for our industry's special interests and segments. Don't miss this gathering of the industry's best.

Education
Exciting educational components, such as the Lodging Industry Summit, will bring you the latest industry trends and cutting-edge information. Panelists include Patrick H. Ford, president, Lodging Econometrics; Bjorn Hanson, Ph.D., principal, Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP; Mark Lomanno, president, Smith Travel Research; Douglas K. Shifflet, president & CEO, D.K. Shifflet & Associates, Ltd; and John Russell, CEO, NYLO Hotels, LLC., and partner, Yesawich, Pepperdine, Brown & Russell. The second annual Condominium/Vacation Ownership Seminar - featuring Mark Lomanno with Smith Travel Research and Robert Webb, Esq., with Baker & Hostetler LLP - will provide an update on this fast paced segment as well as hot legal issues we should be aware of.

Stars of the Industry
The brightest people, properties, and programs take center stage at the AH&LA Stars of the Industry Awards. In addition, join us as we honor the Lodging Management Teachers of the Year, EI Hospitality Training and Education winners, the Anthony G. Marshall Outstanding Educator Award, the Arthur Landstreet Award, the Lawson Odde Award, and the Chairman's Leadership Awards that recognize the hotel leaders in the partner states.

Networking
Mixing pleasure with business is an evening featuring live performances by some of Nashville's most talented songwriters and entertainers at The Musicians Hall of Fame and Museum, located in the heart of Nashville's entertainment district. On June 13, 2007, indulge in Nashville's finest restaurants while supporting the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Foundation. Join your colleagues for a night of fantastic food and great networking. The cost to attend is $100.00 per person. The menus will be pre-selected. Your participation in this important fundraising event will benefit AH&LEF's vital industry research, scholarship, school-to-career, and workforce development programs.

Hit the Links in Support of HotelPAC
Gaylord Springs Golf
Don't miss the inaugural Summer Summit HotelPAC Golf Tournament set for Monday, June 11, at the beautiful and challenging Gaylord Springs Golf Links. Hoteliers from across the country will tee it up for a worthy cause - raising critical funds in support of the industry's political action committee, HotelPAC.

The tourney kicks off with an early afternoon shotgun start on the Scottish links-style course designed by former US Open Champion Larry Nelson. After golf, stay for an awards reception with a live auction featuring exciting items to bid on.

Thanks to the Tennessee Hotel & Lodging Association for hosting this event to benefit HotelPAC, which makes contributions to campaigns of federal candidates who are supportive of the lodging industry. Please contact Lisa Costello to RSVP at lcostello@ahla.com or 202-289-3124.
