The Shows Will Go On!
As New York City continues to return to normal post-Sandy, the Fall Conference, IHMRS, and BDNY are moving ahead as planned. Power has been restored throughout Manhattan. All areas of the Javits Center are fully available to IHMRS and the Boutique Design New York (BDNY). All three major New York City airports (JFK, LaGuardia, Newark) are open, and Amtrak has resumed service between Washington, D.C., and Boston through NY’s Penn Station. In addition, 80% of the NYC subway service has been restored, along with commuter rail service from Long Island, New Jersey, Westchester, and Fairfield Counties. Port Authority freight receiving operations of international shipments has resumed. We look forward to seeing you at IHMRS next week.
