What's the cost to me and my employees?
As an exclusive, members-only benefit, the cost to employers is only 19 cents per card and complimentary to all employees! (The cards may only be purchased in packages of 50, totalling $9.50 + shipping and handling). Partner state associations receive one card for each of their members, and additional cards may be ordered by partner state associations or members.
