A Christmas miracle at the Princess
The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is one of the most exclusive resorts in Arizona, but their annual six-week-long holiday celebration, “Christmas at the Princess,” attracts thousands of visitors to enjoy over ten unique experiences across their 60-acre property.
Come 2021, in the midst of one of the most challenging labor markets of the past 20 years, the Princess was nearly one hundred staffers short of their minimum in order to put on the full event—so they called on Qwick.
Over the course of the event, Qwick filled more than 1,250 shifts for the Princess, implementing a custom incentive program to encourage freelancers to work as many shifts as possible, while allowing those freelancers to earn a holiday bonus.
