As part of the White House’s announcement last week of the Administration’s plan to address the COVID-19 Delta variant surge, President Joe Biden instructed the Department of Labor/Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to mandate employers with 100 or more employees get vaccinated or get tested on a weekly basis. This will impact roughly 80 million workers in the private sector.
