Objective: To foster alignment and collaboration between hotel industry owners and operators in the development of financial operating statements formatted to provide hotel owners, managers and other interested parties with operational information pertinent to the lodging industry.  The FMC also partners with HFTP on the Uniformed Statement of Accounts for the Lodging Industry (USALI), a publication that plays a vital role as a widely used guide and resource for financial professionals in brand companies, owners and management companies.
