The HTNG AI Community of Interest brings together hospitality professionals, technology leaders, and solution providers to explore the rapidly evolving role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) across the industry. From building management systems and network optimization to guest engagement, revenue management, and service personalization, AI is reshaping nearly every aspect of hotel operations. Yet many organizations are still determining where to begin, what technologies to prioritize, and how to implement them responsibly and effectively.
This community provides a collaborative forum to share insights, ask questions, and exchange ideas about AI strategies, use cases, and implementation best practices. Members discuss topics ranging from foundational technology guidance to data readiness, governance, and integration challenges. The group also welcomes suggestions for guest speakers, case studies, and emerging topics of interest to ensure discussions remain relevant and impactful.
