Lawrence specializes in hospitality management business systems strategy and development, boasting a 25-year track record in leveraging technology, data, and analytics to empower operations, drive profitability, and exceed customer expectations.

Lawrence has managed programs and processes handling billions of dollars in profit and revenue. Prior to joining the Belmond team, with extensive global experience as both an internal and external consultant, he has worked in more than 50 countries for global hospitality brands, including Marriott, Mandarin, Hilton, Jumeirah, Hyatt, Four Seasons, IHG, and Accor. His career encompasses the implementation, execution, and development of diverse systems across Hotel Operations Management, Revenue Management, Food and Beverage, Meeting and Event Spaces, Point of Sales, Finance, Payments, and Sales Incentive Management.

Lawrence is dedicated to driving excellence in hospitality management technology and thrives on the challenge of optimizing operations, enhancing profitability, and delivering unparalleled guest experiences. He lives in Belgium, and spends his spare time recreating Michelin star cuisine for his kids, and playing with chainsaws.
