HTNG Express PMS Workgroup

Phase II

HTNG Express dramatically reduced the time required to integrate vendor systems with PMS platforms. Phase II builds on that success by expanding what those integrations can actually do.

As adoption has grown, the next challenge has become clear: while integrations are faster, they still lack key capabilities needed for everyday hotel operations, especially around charge posting.
Phase II will close that gap.

By enhancing the existing HTNG Express framework, this next phase enables vendors and hotels to move beyond basic data access and into true operational integration without sacrificing the speed and simplicity that made HTNG Express successful.

What’s New in Phase II

  • Folio Posting Capabilities
Enable vendors to post charges one of the most requested and impactful missing capabilities.
  • Richer Data for Real Operations
Expanded Guest, Reservation, and Room data fields to support more meaningful, real-world use cases across hotel systems.
  • Faster Testing & Deployment
Continued use of sandbox environments to accelerate development, validation, and rollout.

Why It Matters

  • For Hotels: Removing integration barriers when adopting new systems accelerating innovation
  • For Vendors: Reduced development effort with the ability to deliver innovative solutions to a wider variety of property management solutions
  • For PMS Providers: A scalable, standardized way to support more integrations without increasing complexity

The result is a more connected hospitality ecosystem where systems not only integrate quickly, but also work together in ways that meaningfully improve efficiency, innovation, and the guest experience.
