2023 Economic Impact of the Hotel Industry

As part of this research, Oxford analyzed: - hotel operations by gathering and integrating information on the size and performance of hotels and motels, casino hotels, and bed and breakfast inns by state (hotels); - hotel guest ancillary spending based on consumer survey data by state; - capital investment in hotels based on data on new hotel construction and renovations; and, - indirect and induced impacts supported by the hotel industry in other parts of the US economy.
