Joe Ritchie

Joe Ritchie serves as the Senior Vice President of Financial Operations for AHLA. In this role, Joe provides lead financial support and oversights to AHLA and its related entities. Working closely with AHLA’s Senior Leadership Team and Board.  

A seasoned financial leader, Joe brings more than 15 years of experience in corporate and nonprofit financial management to AHLA. Joe joined AHLA after being in public accounting for his entire career. Prior to this role, Joe worked as a Director at CBIZ (Previously Marcum LLP & Raffa PC) for over 14 years in the non-profit accounting outsourcing practice. In this role, he worked with multiple non-profit organizations in interim and permanent CFO and Vice President of Finance roles. Providing financial management and strategic financial advisory services to organizations. Including budget management, financial statement preparation, assisting organizations through their annual audit and preparation of their annual tax forms.

Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Marist College and received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Maryland, College Park. Joe also has a Not-for-Profit Certification from the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA).
