Kiersten Pearce

Kiersten Pearce serves as the Senior Vice President, Strategic and Executive Initiatives for AHLA. Kiersten’s role is to ensure that AHLA continues to deliver a compelling value proposition model to the more than 26,000 members across all membership categories. Kiersten comes to AHLA with extensive experience within the hospitality industry and most recently project managed AHLA’s Consumer Innovation Forum (CIF), where she served as Director of Industry Relations at Kalibri Labs for nearly four years. Prior to joining Kalibri Labs, Kiersten worked at Qatar Airways, where she managed direct online sales and OTA relationships for the Americas, and at MICROS E-commerce (formerly TIG Global), where she maintained corporate relationships with hotel brands such as Hyatt Hotels Corporation and KSL Resorts. Kiersten holds a Bachelor of Science in finance from Virginia Tech.
