Chin Lee has been in IT sector of the hospitality industry for over 20 years, starting as the IT Manager of Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong. During 1997-2001, Chin has led the hotel as the industry pioneer by deploying thin-client technology to successfully enable remote access of property management system and back-office system to combine the accounting, purchasing, and reservations functions of both Mandarin Oriental Hotel and Excelsior Hotel. Chin was appointed the IT mentor of Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group.

Jai has spent over 17 years building companies and technology platforms across a variety of industries. Having started his career in Management Consulting, Jai fairly quickly moved on to building companies ranging from Thailand's first interactive out-of-home advertising agency to .com startups. Following that he joined Red Planet Hotels - a regional budget hotel chain in Asia - where he helped rebrand and led a zero-to-one build of the brand's online platform.

Dayna Kully is the co-founder and partner in 5thGenWireless, a consultancy which helps hoteliers and vendors develop strategies to capitalize on the paradigm shifts created by the Internet Revolution. 5thGenWireless advises companies on product and marketing strategies to best adapt current and emerging hospitality technology systems and solutions for the new Internet savvy guest while optimizing IT spend and operational efficiencies.

In 1989, Ted Horner launched a consulting practice specializing in technology consulting to the hospitality industry. He is now widely respected as Australia's leading consultant in this area. In 1996 he launched Australia's first dedicated hospitality technology exhibition and conference. Today this event is still going, and it is now called Hotel Operations Technology (HOT).

Guillermo Galarza is the Vice President, Partnerships & Law Enforcement Training at the International Centre for Missing & Exploited Children (ICMEC) in Alexandria, VA, USA. In this position, Guillermo is responsible for the law enforcement and criminal justice training program delivered worldwide, including identifying child safety technology platforms offered to law enforcement.

Andrew Chan, MBA is the Founder and CEO of ACI HR Solutions (ACI); Asia Pacific's largest recruitment agency dedicated to the travel and hospitality sector. He is responsible for the company's overall operations and strategic direction.

He has worked in many facets of the industry, commencing his career as a Travel Agent in Australia and subsequently joining the airline industry, working with Cathay Pacific Airways and Singapore Airlines in customer service and business development roles.

Anchana Chailert, also known as Mindy, is a dedicated Special Case Officer in Thailand's Department of Special Investigation (DSI). With 25 years of service to her country, she joined the DSI after the enactment of The Special Case Investigation Act B.E. 2547 (2004).

Prior to being appointed to Group CTO in 2020, Floor served as Accor Chief Information Officer MEA and Global Strategic Programs. Floor joined Accor in 2018 from Mövenpick where he had held the position of Chief Information Officer since 2013. Floor has more than two decades of multinational experience in luxury hospitality. He previously worked at Radisson SAS Hotels & Resorts, The Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management, and Jumeirah Group.

Patrick is a seasoned industry expert with over 35 years of experience in the travel and hospitality technology industries. He has in-depth knowledge of the Asia-Pacific region where he spent 25 years working for global organizations based out of Hong Kong and Singapore. At Oracle, Patrick leads a team responsible for driving regional revenue, securing new business, and identifying key strategic opportunities to grow the company's footprint.

Kanishka Agiwal heads AWS' Service Lines, India/South Asia, that include all AWS services, digital innovation and transformation. At AWS, he works extensively with central/state governments, education and health care sector, not-for-profit, travel & transportation, and PSUs to drive cloud at scale for citizen impact. He has worked across global markets with significant stints in all geographies and major countries.
