The Hospitality Show announces additional program highlights

NEW YORK (Sept. 10, 2024) – The Hospitality Show (The Show), the industry’s leading technology and operations event produced by Questex and the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA), has revealed new highlights that have been confirmed for the 2024 program.
The Show will feature three distinctive keynote sessions from industry heavy hitters:
Laurent Loup
Senior Product Manager
In 2016, Laurent joined SICPA Identity & Document Security division as a Senior Product Manager responsible for SICPA Digital Trust Suite (SICPA SSI platform).
He has worked in corporate strategy in the telecom industry for 5 years and as a product manager in the tech industry for more than 10 years.
Sharon Marshall
Director, EMEA Partnerships
Sharon is a Director in Google’s EMEA Partnerships Solutions team. She joined Google in May 2011 to lead the DoubleClick Rich Media Services team, and has had multiple roles at Google leading both Client facing Technical Services and Program Management teams in Strategy & Operations. Prior to joining Google, Sharon was at Yahoo! for 11 years, working predominantly in Advertising Operations and from 2007-2011 was Yahoo!’s EMEA Director of Advertising Operations.
Cynthia Paynter
VP Customer Success
Cynthia Paynter has dedicated her 25+ year career in hospitality to merging cutting-edge technologies with global hospitality commercial leadership roles, and currently represents Revenue Analytics as Global Vice President for Travel and Hospitality.
Andrew Jacques
Head of IT
An innovative IT leader with over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, specialising in both branded and non-branded hotel groups. I currently hold direct accountability for the management and strategic development of IT services at Klarent Hospitality, a leading hotel investment and management company with a dynamic portfolio of 27 hotels across the UK and Ireland.
James Byers
Travel Search Product Manager
James leads product for Google Flights, Lodging, and Travel Sustainability, and is based in Zürich, Switzerland. James joined Google in 2017 and spent four years as a product management lead in Google Cloud before joining Search. Prior to Google, James was the general manager of a private equity-owned marketplace in the United Kingdom and a co-founder of two successful consumer startups. James holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University.
Steven Bronken
Head of Global Hospitality
With over 24 years of experience in IT and communications, Steven Bronken leads the hospitality strategy and team at RUCKUS Networks. Specializing in guest networks, networking infrastructure, enterprise content management, software development, and IT consulting, Steven is dedicated to fostering strong relationships with brands and key accounts.
Liz Dixon
VP of IT, EMEA
Liz Dixon, Vice President of IT for Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA, and a member of the Executive Committee for the EMEA region, overseeing technology and information security across business and hotel operations with the goal of using technology to improve operations and efficiencies, whilst underpinning owner risk reduction with effective information security programs and policies.
