I currently hold direct accountability for the management and strategic development of IT services at Klarent Hospitality, a leading hotel investment and management company with a dynamic portfolio of 27 hotels across the UK and Ireland.
Liz Dixon, Vice President of IT for Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA, and a member of the Executive Committee for the EMEA region, overseeing technology and information security across business and hotel operations with the goal of using technology to improve operations and efficiencies, whilst underpinning owner risk reduction with effective information security programs and policies.
Steve is an industry veteran having worked in the Wi-Fi ecosystem since 2003. In his current role as Vice President of Industry & Membership Engagements at the WBA, Steve is responsible for driving industry engagements with all types of organizations. These organizations include regulators, industry alliances, cities, enterprises and really any type of organizations that are stakeholders in Wi-Fi.

WASHINGTON (Aug. 16, 2024) – American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA) Interim President and CEO Kevin Carey released the following statement after the General Services Administration (GSA) announced its fiscal year 2025 per diem rates for federal workers. GSA’s per diem guidelines govern reimbursement for federal employees’ lodging and meals expenses for official government travel.
