WASHINGTON (April 10, 2024) – American Hotel & Lodging Association Interim President & CEO Kevin Carey released the following statement today after the U.S. Senate passed a resolution to overturn the National Labor Relations Board’s (NLRB) destructive joint-employer rule. The House of Representatives passed the same resolution in January, and it now heads to the president’s desk for consideration.

In his current role, Saurabh Prakash leads all commercial functions globally including Brands, Marketing, Digital, Platforms, Sales, Revenue Strategy, Loyalty, and Distribution teams for Millennium Hotels & Resorts. Saurabh is also a member of the Global Senior Leadership Team / Exco of the group.
Prof. Remy works for the Singapore Institute of Technology, SIT, Singapore as Associate Professor, teaching Revenue Management, Data Analytics, and Digital Marketing whilst researching on Pricing and Revenue Management-related topics amongst other research areas.
Dr. Kruesi started his career in hospitality and tourism in 2004, working in several hotels in New Zealand, Switzerland, and Peru. He received his PhD from Auckland University of Technology in 2015, after which he worked in universities in Taiwan, and now, Singapore.
