Haleigh Hildebrand serves as AHLA's Vice President of Communications.

In this role, Haleigh spearheads AHLA’s political engagement strategy on behalf of the association at the federal, state and local level. She works closely with candidates, political committees, and other associations. Haleigh oversees the vision and fundraising for HotelPAC, AHLA’s bipartisan political action committee. Haleigh leads AHLA’s national and state issue advocacy campaigns, including alternative accommodations, immigration, music licensing, safety & security, and more.

Randi Braun is the author of Something Major: The New Playbook for Women at Work. A member of the Forbes Coaches Council, Braun is the CEO & Founder of the women’s leadership firm, Something Major, a highly-regarded speaker, and an ICF-certified executive coach, who has worked with 50+ organizations including Microsoft, Uber, Accor Hotels, and Cox Communications, among others.
