Eric began his career at Deloitte in Toronto, where he earned his Chartered Accountancy designation and worked as a management consultant. Eric has built a legacy of helping businesses excel by leveraging various technologies.
Konstantinos is an experienced IT Management, IT Service Management, and IT Consulting professional with over 25 years of expertise in the field.
He studied IT Engineering in Cologne, Germany and has worked across multiple countries, including Germany, Greece, Cyprus, Myanmar, Thailand, and Singapore, where he has been based since 2021. Currently, Konstantinos leads Customer Technology Services in Asia at Accor, overseeing the technology operations for 480+ hotels across 14 countries.
Ashish Kale leads the APEC IT under Global Technology. His role is both strategic, and tactical business partnership to the COO for APEC and Continent Discipline leads. He is accountable for IT for APEC spanning 24 countries and 636+ hotels to drive the regional strategy and operational excellence through close alignment with the Continent Operations Team.
