AHLA is committed to improving employee and guest safety and security through the following ongoing programs:

No Room For Trafficking
An AHLA Foundation program that builds on the industry’s ongoing commitment and work to end human trafficking. Already each year, thousands of hotel employees are trained to spot and stop instances of human trafficking. With this program, our goal is to train every hotel worker.

5-Star Promise
A voluntary commitment by AHLA members to enhance policies, trainings, and resources, including employee safety devices, that together are aimed and strengthening safety and security for hotel employees and guests.
